This page will provide you with the requirements and steps for registration for the upcoming school year - 2011/2012. For now, you can download the latest registration form and information using the links on the right.
Registration Process
We will be providing step by step instructions for registration in the future...you may download the registration package and print it out at home and then bring it to one our our school locations to speed up the registration process.
The Registration Package consists of 4 items as listed below:

| 1 | Registration Form | Provides our school with all of the registration information required by the Ministry of Education for enrollment at YouLearn.ca |
| 2 | Code of Conduct | Continuing Education provides services to a wide range of students including young and old. Therefore, it is important for everyone to understand what acceptable behaviour looks like. This form provides students with that information. Students must read and sign this form to acknowledge that they have read and agree to our standards for conduct. |
| 3 | Internet Release Form | Most students will be using the internet during the course of their studies at school. It is important that everyone understands what is acceptable use of the internet at school. This form provides that information and requires students to acknowledge this with their signature. |
| 4 | Student Attendance | To be successful at our school, regular attendance is crucial. This form asks students to make a committment to regular attendance and also requires a signature. |

NOTE: Registration in Continuing Education needs to be done yearly along with the Student Learning Plan and Letter of Intent.
